Can I get some samples to try your products?
We sell our Discovery Boxes, which contain trial sizes of several of our products. These trial sizes are bigger than sample sizes and give you the opportunity to try our products before committing to the full sized ones.
Whilst we do not currently sell samples, we offer free samples to try with all purchases.
Do you test on animals?
Are you certified organic?
No, but our products are formulated in line with recognised organic standards.
Do your products contain organic ingredients?
The products in our line contain ingredients that are either certified organic, wild crafted, or natural and sourced from conscious growers across the world.
Can I collaborate with you on Instagram/on my blog?
We would be very pleased to discuss this with you. Please get in touch with us and we can discuss a bit more about you and your audience, and we will be able to let you know if we think it will be a good fit.
How long will my products stay fresh and what is the best way to store them?
We recommend using our products within 12 months of opening (unless stated otherwise on the packaging). Our products are packaged in UV protected Miron glass jars and bottles (except for our soaps), to protect them from UV rays which would speed up spoilage. This packaging prolongs their shelf life, but we still recommend storing them in a relatively cool place, removed from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. The Discovery Box products are not packaged in Miron glass, as these are for use across a much shorter time period than the regular sized products.
I received Body Butter Bliss and/or Velvet Concentrate Serum and it appears to have melted because of warm weather. What can I do?
With the warmer temperatures outside, the Body Butter Bliss or the Velvet Concentrate Serum may have a tendency to melt. Due to the products being specifically designed to absorb rapidly into the skin, they naturally have a softer consistency. Please note that this will have not affect the efficacy, quality or performance of the products. If your products become too soft, please stir the contents once or twice with a clean utensil and refrigerate them until they harden again. Then allow them to adjust to room temperature.
Are Molewa Skincare products Vegan or Halal friendly?
The vast majority of our products do not contain animal derived or by-products, so are suitable for use by customers seeking Vegan and Halal friendly skincare. Our soap contain plant derived vegan friendly silk.
Will the face products work on my acne-prone skin, and are your products comedogenic?
Our oils and butters are rich with soothing ingredients. Our leave-on face products do not contain ingredients that are generally comedogenic, but as with any product, it is important to test a patch of skin to see how your skin will react – as everyone’s skin is unique.
How would you suggest applying the facial oils?
We suggest applying them by using 2-4 drops for your entire face, then pressing your fingers on your face and massaging in upward strokes into your skin.
Precious Elixir can also be added to Onyx Detox face mask for extra moisturising during the treatment.
What is the difference between Azure Face Oil and Precious Elixir?
Precious Elixir is a powerful oil based serum that targets fine lines. It has is extremely rich, with precious ingredients such as Collagen, Vitamin C and powerful anti-aging oils and botanicals. It is very suitable to use during the day as it contains Vitamin C, which may help fight UV damage. It is also very suitable to use at night when your face skin is clear, resting and more receptive to receiving Precious Elixir's wonderful nutrients. This serum is very light and should be used with an additional moisturiser such as Velvet Concentrate Serum, or another moisturiser.
Azure Face Oil is well suited for day use, as it contains significant amounts of Marula and Broccoli Seed oils, which are both said to act as natural face primers, without leaving a greasy finish on the face – making this oil ideal underneath makeup and with SPF use, or mixed with foundation for a dewy makeup finish. It can also be used on its own as a moisturiser, a beard oil or after shave soothing oil.
What is the difference between Honey Rush and Onyx Detox face masks?
Honey Rush is a mild, soothing, calming and hydrating face mask with enzymes. It is suitable for sensitive, dry, dehydrated and mature skins, and is mild enough to be used more frequently during the week if so desired. It can also be used as a very gentle cleanser.
Onyx Detox is a stronger face mask, with oil controlling and pore cleansing properties, so is well suited for oilier, acne-prone and dull skin, and is recommended to be used 2-3 times weekly.
Both face masks are more effective after exfoliating with Exfoliate Dust.
How should I incorporate Velvet Concentrate Serum in my daily routine?
We recommend applying Velvet Concentrate Serum at night as a moisturiser, after cleansing and toning the skin. It can be applied on its own, but if you are a fan of layering your face products in a multi-step facial ritual, or in love with a particular Utopia elixir or serum, you can definitely layer with Velvet Concentrate Serum with no negative effects. A pea-sized amount is sufficient for your entire face.

What is your return policy
We allow a period of seven days from receipt of the products, for customers to return faulty items for an exchange or a refund. All refunds are made at the discretion of Molewa Skincare upon receipt of the returned products, less the cost of post and packaging. Returns or exchanges can unfortunately not be honoured after this window of seven days. Please contact us by email or telephone within seven days of receipt, before returning the item(s), to: Molewa Skincare, Office 147, 548 – 550 Elder House, Elder Gate, Milton Keynes MK9 1LR, UK.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
Once you place an order on www.molewaskincare.com, you will receive an email notification to the email address you provided while placing the order, confirming that your order has been received. You will also receive emailed confirmation when your order has been posted and is on its way to you.
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, it is now taking us a little longer to process and dispatch orders. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of them being placed.

Import taxes and duties will be customers' responsibility for deliveries outside the UK.
As we have no control over these costs imposed by local customs services, we therefore advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
What is your recycling policy?
Our packaging is 100% recyclable.
In addition, for every 5 clean and intact jars or bottles (UV protected Miron glass only) that you return to us after use, you receive a free Molewa Skincare soap.
The 5 jars/bottles to be recycled can be posted back to us re-using the postage boxes that we dispatched them in. They can also be handed over at events where we are exhibiting.
